In the spirit of giving back this holiday season, we joined the inmates at Nsawam medium security female prison for their Carols Service. After their enthusiastic performances, we donated menstrual care packages including menstrual cups and reusable pads.
Providing sustainable menstrual products not only addressed a crucial need but also emphasized the importance of environmental stewardship and dignity for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances. This was also to serve as a reminder of the power of community support and compassion, especially during a time when many incarcerated individuals may feel isolated from society.
