Empowering 400 Girls at Bolgatanga Girls SHS!

We recently visited Bolgatanga Girls Senior High School (BOGISS) in Ghana’s Upper East Region, where we donated sustainable menstrual cups and reusable pads to 400 girls.

This is more than a donation—it’s an investment in dignity, education, and self-confidence.

Our team also led a menstrual health education session, creating a safe and open space for girls to ask questions, challenge myths, and learn how to manage their periods with pride. The response was powerful—many students shared that this was their first time receiving clear, shame-free information about their menstrual health.

With your support, we’re breaking taboos and building up girls—one school, one story, one student at a time.
