All Saints, All Smiles: Reusable Menstrual Products Bring Joy to All Saints Anglican School
As Khadija Cares Foundation (KCF) celebrates its one-year anniversary, we are thrilled to announce a heartfelt initiative aimed at supporting All Saints Anglican School in Adabraka, Greater Accra. In collaboration with Social Welfare, KCF conducted a significant donation drive, enhancing the lives of 100 beneficiaries through the provision of essential resources and support.
During the event held on March 5, 2024, we celebrated not only the community spirit but also the milestone of KCF’s first year. We distributed a total of 264 eco-friendly menstrual products, including menstrual cups and other sustainable options. This effort emphasized both menstrual health education and environmental consciousness.
The donation not only addressed a critical need within the school community but also underscored our commitment to promoting dignity and sustainability among young girls and women. As we mark our one-year anniversary, it serves as a powerful reminder of the positive impact that collective action and compassion can have in nurturing our communities, especially during times when support is needed most.
Reflecting on our first year, we remain dedicated to our mission of fostering positive change and empowering individuals to thrive, ensuring that all individuals have access to eco-friendly menstrual products they need to live with dignity and that no one is left behind in our journey towards a more equitable society.
